These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of chinacarvincheck.com (the "Service"), operated by China Car VIN Check, based in Toronto, Canada. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
China Car VIN Check provides Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) decoding reports for Chinese-brand vehicles, including build specifications and, depending on the plan purchased, additional history and condition data. Reports are generated using third-party data sources and automated tools, including AI-generated summaries.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing a report and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials. Reports are sold on a pay-per-report basis with no recurring subscription unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Reports are generated using data obtained from third-party automotive data providers and databases. While we take reasonable steps to verify the accuracy of this data before delivering it to you, we do not independently manufacture, own, or control the underlying vehicle data, and we cannot guarantee that every data point is complete, current, or error-free in every case.
Reports are provided for informational purposes to assist your decision-making and should not be treated as the sole basis for any purchase, sale, financing, insurance, or legal decision regarding a vehicle. We encourage independent verification for high-value transactions.
If a report you purchase contains a materially inaccurate decode of the submitted VIN, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@chinacarvincheck.com within a reasonable time of purchase, along with a description of the inaccuracy. Refunds are issued at our discretion after review and do not apply to valuation estimates, which are approximate by nature, or to data limitations disclosed elsewhere in these Terms.

All content, branding, design, and software associated with the Service, excluding underlying vehicle data licensed from third parties, is owned by China Car VIN Check and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Brand names and logos of vehicle manufacturers referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify vehicle compatibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, China Car VIN Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any report. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.
The Service and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless China Car VIN Check and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, except where local consumer protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.
The Service is accessible globally. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable in your own country or region, including any import, consumer protection, or data privacy laws that may apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
